The administration hereby guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by the Administration as binding.

This consent applies to the following personal data: your surname, first name and patronymic, email address, and contact phone number. The effective period of the consent is unlimited. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notification to: prodservis-s@mail.ru marked «Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data».

Please note that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of the Administration.

I hereby assure and guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate and reliable, and also that the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legitimate rights and interests of third parties are not violated by submitting the information. All provided information related only to myself.

This consent shall stay valid and effective for the entire period of personal data storage, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
